your burning questions

dress code

Our wedding is black tie.

This means tuxedos and floor or tea length gowns. Please have fun with your attire and wear what makes you feel fabulous.

As our ceremony falls in the later afternoon, and because of the gap between the ceremony and reception - see below - those staying in the neighborhood may choose to change into their formalwear ahead of the reception.

Our ceremony is set in one of San Francisco's grandest Catholic churches and the reception will be held at one of the city's oldest night clubs.

will there be transportation between venues

Bimbo's is a short four block / eight minute / 0.4 mile walk from Sts. Peter and Paul.

Rideshares are readily available if you would prefer to drive, though please note that the reception does not immediately follow the ceremony - see below.

what should we do during the "Catholic Gap"

There is a short break between when our ceremony will conclude

and reception will begin. Please send complaints to Pope Leo.

North Beach is filled with bars and restaurants where you can grab a drink and rest your feet. Sts. Peter and Paul also opens out to the beautiful Washington Square Park, perfect for photos and maybe a cheeky bottle of prosecco.
